Did it Rain?

We went out to dinner last night and went we got home this was our street. We didnt even get to see the rain fall but the kids did get to play in the water and the monsoon brought it down to 95 degrees out so that was nice too. I made Jake go with the kids and pose so I could show you just how deep the water was and it was all pretty much gone this morning.

First day of School

The kids started school yesterday. They both did really well. Bailey continues to be my brave one and even though she didn't know one person in her class she waved and smiled as we left. So here is comes the next school year. Josh is a third grader and Bailey is in first grade.

We are Back.....we drove so far and so long but it was a fun trip. The kids kept asking us where are we, we still in America? We drove all the way to Washington State and got to visit everyone in between. Here are some pics of our travels

The news is out

So hopefully everyone got it. Yes, we are expecting baby #4 in December 2008. It has been a new experience being pregnant and sick with big kids. They notice when they have cereal for dinner a few nights in a row and sometimes lunch too. I put off telling them as long as I could for the fear that they would tell primary teachers or friends. I have been told about several new babies as a primary teacher so i know how easily it slips out of them. Anyways, funny story I figured I was safe to tell Jenny since she is still little and who can understand her right.. so i said "Jenny, guess what! Momma has a baby in her tummy " and she looked at me so seriously and said" momma, why did you eat him." I did have to laugh at that.
